Recognizing the person, not just the task.
We mean it when we say we put people first. We know that when we focus on service, fairness, quality, and taking care of people, profits will follow—not the other way around.
Where we started
All Reach’s story starts back in 1978, when Ross Wady and Kevin Hanna opened All Glass & Mirror Ltd. in Edmonton.
In the early days, the work was straightforward and hands-on: installing and repairing windows and doors for both homes and commercial buildings. Like a lot of companies at the time, the name was practical and easy to find—especially in the Yellow Pages.
As the service side grew, so did the need for reliable window and door hardware. Before long, All Glass & Mirror was supplying parts not just for its own jobs, but for other glass shops across Edmonton and around the province. That demand eventually became a business of its own: All Glass Parts Inc.
By the late ’90s, Ross had become the sole owner—and a tough reality set in. It’s hard to be both a supplier and a competitor at the same time. Over the next few years, it became clear that one side of the business had to go. Ross made a clear decision: keep the hardware company, and sell the service side.
In the fall of 2002, Blaine Adams was ready to give his back and knees a break and step off the tools.
Blaine had spent time in NAIT’s business program and was exploring what might come next. A call to his friend Ross turned into an unexpected question: “Why don’t you buy my service business?” Within a couple of weeks, the deal was in motion.
In early 2003, Blaine and his wife, Maureen, took over the service operation. They set up shop in the same complex as today’s All Reach location, gutting, renovating, and equipping the bays, offices, and service vehicles with everything needed to hit the ground running. Ross’s service team was re-hired under the new ownership, and the move was seamless.
A few years later, it was time for a new name—one that kept a nod to the company’s roots (“All Glass”) while pointing forward. Blaine had always liked the spirit of “Skyreach,” a name that speaks to prairie skies and the kind of equipment (and attitude) that helps you reach greater heights.
So All Reach Glass Services Inc. was born—and a new chapter began.
Jason Adams joined All Reach in 2018, stepping into a company he had grown up with and now saw from a different angle.
In 2021, he took over ownership from his dad, Blaine, continuing a line of steady, hands-on leadership.
The times weren’t easy, but the direction was clear. Jason built on what was already working. He focused on taking care of the team, continually improving the quality of work, and delivering outstanding customer experience. Since then, All Reach has continued to grow with intention.
The path forward is about staying grounded in practical service, clear communication, and work that holds up over time.
Our goal is to be the #1 glass company people call when something goes wrong. This means continuing to invest in people, in training, and in the systems that support consistent, reliable work.
Meet the people behind All Reach.
We are dedicated to providing prompt, quality service and work. Whether you’re a business owner or a property manager, we’re here to collaborate with you and get the job done right.
